You will receive a package or shipment number in the order confirmation and then you can follow your shipment directly on our website. If you cannot find your package or shipment number, we recommend that you contact us and we will help you.

My shipment is damaged, what do I do?

If you have received a damaged shipment, we will help you! Step one is to check if the contents are damaged or if only the outer packaging is broken. If the contents are damaged, we want the sender to contact us so we can find out what happened.

Can I ship my goods in a bag or sack?

All shipments need outer packaging for the transport to work optimally. Cases, sacks and bags are not approved packaging. Remember that the waybill/address label must attach and hold along the way.
